JD McDonagh Eyes Going After Gunther’s WWE Intercontinental Championship

While speaking with the Irish Wrestling and Entertainment podcast (per Wrestling Inc), JD McDonagh made his aspirations known that he wants to be a champion in WWE because he believes every member of The Judgment Day should have gold. You can see some highlights below:

On the Judgment Day all needing titles: “That hasn’t been lost on me, and they have all mentioned that that’s the next…milestone for JD and the Judgment Day. I want to make sure that everyone in the group all has [gold]…they’re all dripped out.”

On which title he’d like to chase: “I know I beat WALTER, but GUNTHER seems like a bit of a different animal. He’s a guy that’s leveled up again. So that would definitely be an interesting one to test myself against, see if I’m still as good as I was.”
