Jey Uso says that his current WWE iteration is his most authentic to date and that he doesn’t care what fans think of him. The Yeet Man is back to his spot in the reformed Bloodline now after a couple of years of doing it on his own.

Uso is still finding singles success though, as he is competing in the King of the Ring finals against Oba Femi at WWE Night of Champions. He spoke with Jackie Redmond for a new sit-down WWE interview ahead of Night of Champions where he talked about where he’s at now and why he doesn’t care about fans’ opinions about him. You can see the highlights below:

On His Current Iteration:

“I think right now, this version of me is me, the realest form. I think I’m the most authentic, realest on the roster. I really go out there, I wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m for my family, yeet. At the end of the day, Jackie-O, family first with me. I’m brought up that way, that way will never change me. No matter if I go Yeet Man, no matter if I win 10 world titles. I’m always gonna show up for my family.”

On Fans Questioning His Returning To The Bloodline:

“You want me to be honest? Yeah, I really don’t care about the fans no more. Because when I was doing my thing, they saw the hate. I can’t miss it, it’s all in my face. Social media, whatever it is, man. When my name pops up, I see it out there. I’m gonna let y’all know: Most disliked video on social media, on WWE social media platforms. Look it up, uce! Like five, six, 10 videos out there. It’s all good.

“If anything, Jackie-O, man, that thing lit a fire under me. All the noise, all the opinions — cool. It is what it is, because that’s part of the job.”

On Not Thinking He Was Beloved By WWE Fans:

“I do, I do; I take it back. It’s 50-50, man. Like I said, I’m confused. Pulling me left and right. I yeet, I talk crap. I’m me now. And on some real, my day ones know who they are. My day ones know who they are, Jackie-O. But there was a lot of people who did doubt me, still doubting me right now.”
