KC Navarro Victorious In Champions Challenge On TNA Impact, Gets International Title Shot

KC Navarro has a shot at the TNA International Title by virtue of a pinfall victory in the Champions Challenge Match on TNA Impact. Thursday night’s show kicked off with the men’s Championship Challenge Match as Mike Santana, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, Brian Myers and Bear Bronson faced Frankie Kazarian, Eric Young, KC Navarro, and Elijah.

The rules of the Champions Challenge outline that if someone pins a champion, they will get a shot at that person’s title. Navarro accomplished exactly that as he pinned Mustafa Ali at nearly 21 minutes in to win the match for his team and get a shot at the International Title.

Leon Slater hit Ali with a superkick after the referee took away Ali’s title, which he was attempting to use on Slater. Navarro then hit the Blessing In Disguise for the victory.
