Kelani Jordan Reveals Main Roster Stars Who Congratulated Her Following NXT Women’s Championship Victory

Kelani Jordan finally scaled the summit of the NXT women’s division at last weekend’s Heatwave Premium Live Event, as she defeated Kendal Grey to capture the NXT Women’s Championship for the first time in her career. And to make her triumph even more memorable were the unexpected congratulatory messages she received from several main roster stars, including the reigning Women’s World Champion, Liv Morgan.

Jordan recently appeared on Busted Open Radio, where she revealed that apart from the abovementioned Liv Morgan, WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green, former NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez, Maxxine Dupri, and more.

Here’s what she said [via Fightful]:

“I got a lot of messages from main roster people that I wasn’t expecting. Not really anyone in NXT because I see them often. It was so cool. Liv Morgan shouted me out. She’s a top champion, so that was super cool. Messages from a lot of other main roster people like Roxy (Roxanne Perez), Maxxine (Dupri), Chelsea Green, another champion. That was so cool because those people have been through what I’m going through, and they reached out to me.”
