Lance Anoa’i Reportedly Signed With WWE Earlier This Year
– Fightful Select has an update on the status of wrestler Lance Anoa’i. As previously noted, Anoa’i departed from MLW last year.
Recently, MuscleManMalcolm shared a photo of Anoi’a in NXT gear at a WWE Performance Center event and stated that Lance Anoa’i is now signed to WWE NXT. Fightful reports that sources within WWE NXT later confirmed that Anoa’i signed with WWE earlier this summer. However, it’s said he was recently sidelined due to injury.
The report also notes that Anoa’i isn’t currently figured into any creative plans for NXT or the main WWE roster. He likely won’t be cleared to return to the ring for a while.
