Mansoor Says He’s ‘Very Proud’ of Maxxine Dupri’s Performance as Part of The Vision

Former WWE Superstar Mansoor recently commented on Maxxine Dupri’s ongoing stint as a heel figure on weekly programming.

Last month, Dupri embraced her dark side, as she helped Austin Theory and Bron Breakker capture the World Tag Team Championship from The Street Profits. Maxxine has since shown her vicious side, playing mind games with former allies Otis and Akira Tozawa repeatedly.

During a recent interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Mansoor, who worked with Maxxine as part of the Maximum Male Models stable earlier this decade, said that Dupri has been doing an incredible job in her current role and he is very proud of her.

Here’s what he said:

“Hunter took over, and we were like, ‘Boy, we’re going to have to try and show our value just based on our creativity.’ So we started a YouTube series called ‘Making it Maximum’; it’s still on the WWE YouTube Channel if you wanna check it out. It was entirely written by us, directed by us,” said Mansoor. “We had help from somebody who worked at WWE named Andrew Carr, who shot it and edited it.”

“I love Maxxine, and we helped her kind of flesh out who Maxxine Dupri was because she was not a wrestler. That was her first year in wrestling, and she was called up to the main roster and immediately part of this act on TV, cutting promos, and she grew into that role so well, and I love seeing her on the TV now with The Vision, right? Because she’s playing that role so incredibly, and I’m very proud of her.”

Mansoor and Madden (FKA Mace) were released from their WWE contracts in September 2023. They are currently signed to All Elite Wrestling.
