Mara Sadè And Heather By Elegance Set For Knockouts TV Title Tournament Match On 8/6 TNA iMPACT

The tournament for TNA’s inaugural Knockouts Television Championship continues to come together, with Mara Sadè set to face Heather by Elegance on the August 6 episode of TNA iMPACT.

TNA introduced the Knockouts Television Championship at Slammiversary, with the tournament beginning on the July 2 episode of iMPACT. The title is intended to give the Knockouts division another featured singles championship with a regular presence on weekly television.

The matchup was confirmed after both women advanced through the opening round of the tournament. Mara Sadè defeated Tasha Steelz to earn her spot, while Heather by Elegance scored a victory over Allie. The winner will move one step closer to becoming the first-ever Knockouts Television Champion.

Heather is one-half of the reigning Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. Sadè, meanwhile, has gained momentum since the tournament began and now has another opportunity to continue her run.

Another quarterfinal match is set for the July 30 edition of iMPACT, where Indi Hartwell will face NXT’s Thea Hail. In another round, Jody Threat will face TNA’s Jada Stone. M by Elegance has already advanced to the semifinals.
