We have a new EVOLVE Men’s Champion, with Aaron Rourke capturing the title on this week’s episode of WWE EVOLVE. Aaron Rourke defeated Jackson Drake on Wednesday night’s show to capture the championship. Rourke picked up the win over Drake despite Swipe Right’s involvement, picking up the win with the Molly-Go-Round.
You can see highlights from the match below. Rourke is in his first reign as the EVOLVE Men’s Champion and is the first holder of the title beyond Drake, who captured the title in a Fatal Four-Way match on the June 4th, 2025 episode of EVOLVE. He defeated defeated Sean Legacy, Keanu Carver and Edris Enofe to become the inaugural champion. He defended the championship 12 times during his reign, which lasted 301 days.
Drake joined the NXT brand along with Swipe Right on the January 13th episode of WWE NXT.
Rourke joined the WWE ID program in November of 2024. He made his WWE in-ring debut on the April 4th, 2025 episode of EVOLVE.
