Note On Status Of WWE EVOLVE Following Main Event Move to Wednesdays

WWE Main Event moves to Wednesday night next month, and a new report has a note on the status of WWE Evolve in the wake of that news. As was announced on Thursday, Main Event is set to move to Rumble, where it will premiere on Wednesday nights at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT starting October 14th.

As many have noted, the move to Wednesdays puts the show head to head against EVOLVE, which currently airs at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT on Tubi. That has led some to question what EVOLVE’s future may be.

F4W Online’s Bryan Alvarez reports that EVOLVE has taped content to take the show through the beginning of February, and noted that a number of WWE ID deals are set to come up next month. Alvarez noted that there are “a lot of questions about [EVOLVE’s] future.”

To be clear, there is no news to indicate that WWE EVOLVE may be going away. It’s entirely possible that the show could simply move timeslots, or even an (admittedly probably low) possibility that the show could go head-to-head with WWE Main Event since both are on streaming platforms and are less dependant on immediate viewership or “ratings.” WWE has yet to make an announcement about whether EVOLVE will have any changes to its current schedule.
