Note On WWE EVOLVE & MLW Fusion Both Airing On Tubi

Both MLW Fusion and WWE EVOLVE have a broadcast home in Tubi, and a new report has a bit of detail on the matter. As previously reported, MLW announced a deal for their flagship show to air on Tubi, which officially launched on the platform last Thursday.

The deal arrived over four years after MLW famously sued WWE, claiming the company killed a deal MLW had with Tubi mid-2021 through its connections to Tubi owner FOX. WWE and MLW settled the antitrust lawsuit in December of 2023, with WWE paying $20 million as part of the agreement.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that according to those with knowledge of the matter, TKO has not tried to get any sort of exclusivity on their deals since that lawsuit. That includes their deals with Netflix, USA, CW, Tubi, Peacock, and Paramount+.

By contrast with previous deals, WWE did have exclusivity in their original deal with Peacock, which led to MLW Underground not airing on REELZ’ linear stream when it joined the NBCUniversal-owned streaming service in February of 2023. MLW Underground did not return to REELZ for a second season.

WWE EVOLVE airs Wednesday nights on Tubi, while MLW Fusion airs Thursday nights.
