Penta and Ethan Page delivered an absolute back-and-forth classic at tonight’s Saturday Night’s Main Event, and in the end, it was Cero Miedo who retained the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

The match saw both competitors throwing their best shots at each other and refusing to stay down. After failing to finish Penta with the Confidence Breaker and an Avalanche Slam, All Ego removed one of the turnbuckles.

However, the referee saw it and got busy putting it back. However, Page exposed another turnbuckle at the same time and sent Penta crashing into it, and rolled up the champion for a near fall.

Page’s deeds came back to haunt him, as he ended up crashing into the exposed turnbuckle. Penta followed it up with a Mexican Destroyer to secure the pinfall.

Penta’s reign currently stands at 83 days. He captured the title from Dominik Mysterio on the March 2, 2026, episode of Monday Night RAW and went on to retain it in a Six-Pack Ladder Match at WrestleMania 42.
