RUSH recently debunked the speculation about him being injured amid his absence from AEW television.

On social media, a user recently claimed that RUSH is frequently injured and that his current absence from television stems from yet another injury.

The former ROH World Champion responded to the claim, asserting that he has been injured just once during his AEW career and he is “ready for any opportunity.”

He wrote:

“During my time with AEW, I have only been injured ONCE, and one time during Continental Classic I tweaked my knee, and [the] medical team advised I recover. I do my best to be part of every event, but any news you hear about injury-prone is false. I even popped my elbow back in during a match to continue to perform.

“I train in Mexico at the gym and in the ring. I study English daily and study tapes. I do everything possible to be at my best and READY for any opportunity. Do not believe false narratives; EL TORO BLANCO is healthy and ready always, Monday to Monday. And REMEMBER…if you mess with the bull.”

RUSH hasn’t been booked on AEW television since the July 1, 2026, episode of Collision, where he squashed Jordan Cruz. He has largely been featured in squash matches on Collision this year, albeit he did unsuccessfully challenge MJF for the AEW World Championship in a losing cause on Dynamite this past June.

Last month, he opened up about missing out on competing at All In: London via social media. Check his comments HERE.
