Sallie Grace Shares More Details Regarding Her Concussion at WWE Tryout, Claims One Girl Was ‘Kicked in the Head’

As previously reported, social media influencer, surfer, and gymnast Sallie Grace detailed an incident where she suffered a concussion during the recent WWE tryouts in Orlando, Florida. Grace posted some additional videos on her Instagram account this week, documenting the incident and explaining why she opted to quit the tryouts.
Sallie Grace explained on her departing the WWE tryouts, “Well, they’re going on right now, and I’m just not there because I got hit in the head a bunch of times in an unsafe manner, and I got concussed.” She added on getting her concussion, “Because I got hit in the head a bunch, and I was taking a lot of falls, and someone took a rope and was swinging the rope during the improv session, and let go and hit the back of my head.”
She added on the difficulties she faced during the tryout session, “Because everyone’s so up on each other, no one would spread out and playing it safe. Everyone was too busy trying to impress, and people are getting injured.” Grace also claimed that another girl at the tryouts was hurt after getting “kicked in the head.”
She also detailed post-concussion symptoms she deal with after the session, stating, “I woke up with a pounding headache, and I’m not remembering conversations that I’m having with people, and I’m dizzy, and I can’t look at the light. And I’m forgetful. I don’t even remember what I packed. The medic told me I’m severely concussed because I can’t keep balance, many different things.”
Grace also detailed a bump session during her tryout where she was instructed to continue falling “harder and harder.” She explained that she took a lot of nerve to go up to the coach to let the person know that she was quitting the tryout as something was not feeling right in her brain after she suffered her concussion. She noted, “So, had to take the L on that one and protect my noggin.”
She also claimed that more people were getting concussed during the tryout, stating, “It’s crazy. Everyone was getting concussed left and right, and they’re saying that there’s going to be more happening. I’m obviously facing repercussions right now.”
