Sean Legacy Reveals He’s Injured On WWE NXT

Sean Legacy is out of action, revealing that he’s dealing with an injury on this week’s episode of WWE NXT. Legacy and Eli Knight jointly defeated Jasper Troy on last week’s show. Tuesday night’s episode revealed the consequences of that match as Legacy appeared in a backstage segment with Robert Stone, Elio LeFleur, and Knight.

Legacy appeared on crutches and noted that during last week’s match, he suffered an injury to his ankle. He noted that he isn’t cleared and thus can’t team with Knight in the NXT Tag Team Championship #1 contenders tournament. The tournament will determine who challenges for the titles at NXT Stand & Deliver.

LeFleur then said he would step in for Legacy and the match was made official. LeFleur and Knight will face The Culling on next week’s show.

No word on how long Sean Legacy will be out of action at this time.
