Shadia Bseiso Challenges Jessamyn Duke to Shoot Grappling Challenge
– WWE Performance Center class member Shadia Bseiso has challenged Jessamyn Duke to a shoot grappling challenge. Fightful reports that Bseiso, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu blue belt and WWE’s first Arabic woman signee, cut a promo during a promo class in which she took aim at some of the shoot grapplers in the class and said she could tape them out. Among them was Duke, who is of course a former UFC fighter and part of the MMA Horsewomen. According to the site, Duke dryly replied, “No, you can’t” and a challenge was laid down from both sides.
Don’t get your hopes up in seeing the shoot challenge, though. The site says that there is a push from several people in the class to have the challenge at one of the PC’s semi-monthly in-house events which are seen only by members of the roster, trainers and such.
