Stephanie McMahon Explains Why She Doesn’t Have One More Match in Her, Says She’d ‘Embarrass’ Herself Against the Current Division

Stephanie McMahon shut down any ideas of her returning for one more match. While speaking to Nikki Bella on What’s Your Story with Stephanie McMahon?, the former WWE Women’s Champion expanded on why she doesn’t have one more match in her.

Speaking on the topic of one more match in WWE, Stephanie McMahon stated (via WrestlingInc.com), “Seriously, Big E asked me last night. He goes, ‘So do you have one more match in you?’ And I’m like, no, have you seen this division? I was like, I will embarrass myself and the business if I try to hang with these women.”

Nikki Bella also noted that she feels optimistic about her career and facing the current women of WWE. She stated, “It’s cool because I have a lot to build and get to, and it’s fun to push my limits. But I have so much grit that, like, I’m gonna do it.” 

At WWE Wrestlepalooza, The Undertaker surprised Stephanie McMahon, revealing her as the first inductee as the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026. The ceremony will take place later in April 2026 during WrestleMania Weekend.
