Thunder Rosa Delivers Message That She’s Still Fighting Ahead of In-Ring Return

As previously reported, former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa is set to make her in-ring return in April at Riot Cabaret Thunder Wall. Ahead of her in-ring return, Thunder Rosa commented on how she’s “Still here” and still “La Mera Mera.”

She wrote yesterday on her X account, “Sometimes people forget I wrestle… and yes I do! I’m still here, I’m still fighting, and I’m still La Mera Mera!” Thunder Rosa is set to compete against Riot Cabaret Women’s World Champion Alexxis Falcon at Riot Cabaret Thunder Wall. The event takes place on Tuesday, April 28 at The Clapham Grand in London, UK.

Rosa was previously sidelined following an undisclosed injury after AEW All In Texas last July. As noted, Rosa reportedly separated from her husband last November. Last month, it was reported that Rosa was back on the road with AEW and training for her in-ring return.

It’s unknown when Rosa will be making her return to AEW programming.
