Tony D’Angelo finally accomplished his mission in NXT, as he defeated Joe Hendry, Ethan Page, and Ricky Saints in a Fatal Four-Way match to secure the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver 2026.

The match saw Saints and Page work together during the initial stages. However, tensions eventually flared between them over who should go for the pinfall while defending champ Hendry was down. Despite Page Superplexing Saints, they still continued to work in tandem as they took out Tony D’Angelo, with Saints hitting with a Tornado DDT and Page following it up with the Twisted Grin.

However, D’Angelo made a comeback, tossing all three men around. He Speared Hendry for a near fall. In the later stages, Saints looked to regain the advantage with the help of a steel chair. He even gave a Revolution DDT to Hendry on it, but the former champ couldn’t get the job done.

The flaring tension between Page and Saints finally led to an all-out brawl at ringside. Page Powerslammed Saints onto the cover of the commentary table and then had him up on the steel steps. However, D’Angelo took both out with a Spear, leading to “Holy S*it!” chants from the audience. He then Speared Hendry and followed it up with the Dead to Rights to secure the pinfall and the coveted NXT Championship.

Hendry’s reign ends at 60 days. He captured the then-vacant championship by winning a Ladder Match on the February 3, 2026, episode of NXT.
