Triller has revealed the consolidated 2023 and 2024 revenue from their partnership with AEW in financial documents that were recently released. As you may recall, Triller was delisted from the NASDAQ earlier this month after they failed to file two necessary periodic reports by December 24th of last year. The company attributed the filing failure “primarily to one remaining technical matter involving the consolidation of accounts for a U.S.-based operation within Triller Group” and said that the filings would be made soon.

POST Wrestling reports that the company has filed multiple quarterly reports as well as its annual 10-K filing for 2024. The reports revealed how much revenue was brought in through their partnership.

According to the report, Triller’s consolidated revenue for 2023 was $54.189 million and its 2024 consolidated revenue was $27.476 million. They disclosed that AEW, identified as a “customer” of TrillerTV, accounted for 19% and 24% of their revenue in 2023 and 2024, respectively. Therefore, the company earned $10.3 million from its AEW deal in 2023 and $6.6 million in 2024.

In regard to the drop of revenue, POST Wrestling points out that AEW became available on YouTube and PPV.com in April of 2024 starting with AEW Dynasty, which may contribute to the revenue drop via Triller due to more competition. AEW also joined forces with Prime Video in March of 2025 and HBO Max in September of 2025, though those obviously will not impact these disclosures.

Triller Group has yet to provide financial disclosures for their fiscal year of 2025.
