The UFC is set to expand out their campus, and plans to include space for WWE according to COO Lawrence Epstein. The Las Vegas Review Journal reports that the UFC is planning more expansions on the land they own in Vegas, which include among other things space for WWE.

Epstein, who is a senior EVP with the UFC as well as the COO, told the outlet, “We’re currently in the process of developing a master plan for this facility, which will include hopefully a lot of things, including … a hotel, expansion with our TKO partner WWE, maybe additional collaborations with other sports and entertainment organizations here in Las Vegas.”

The UFC owns about 70 acres of land in the city. That land hosts UFC headquarters as well as their Performance Institute and the Meta Apex facility that hosts events for the UFC, Zuffa Boxing, and more. There are 35 acres left that can be developed on.

It is unclear exactly what expansion might involve WWE, who are of course a sister promotion to the UFC under the TKO umbrella. It was rumored back in 2024 that WWE was planning to move the Performance Center to Las Vegas, but reports quickly shut down those rumors. Another report from Bryan Alvarez from that time said that WWE may be looking at building a second Performance Center in Vegas but again, that is not confirmed.
