Deonna Purrazzo has been out of action for almost a month due to injury, and a new report notes that she’s not yet ready to return. The ROH Women’s Pure Champion suffered an injury at the ROH tapings on June 20th in Jacksonville, Florida, where Purrazzo went down to an ankle injury during a match with Steph De Lander.
While the severity of the injury has yet to be revealed, Purrazzo posted a a pic to social media a little over a week after the initial incident. That photo showed her starting her injury rehab after a workout with her right foot bandaged but her walking boot off. She captioned the post as “Day One” of her rehab process.
Fightful Select notes in their Friday News Update that Purrazzo has told them that she is still rehabbing the injury, and thus not yet ready to return to the ring. It is not yet known when she may be cleared.
Purrazzo is the inaugural ROH Women’s Pure Champion, having won it at ROH Final Battle 2025 and holding it for 224 days thus far. She has defended the title six times since then.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Deonna Purrazzo as she continues her recovery.
