Update On R-Truth After WWE Smackdown Match Stopped For Apparent Injury

A new report has an injury update on R-Truth after his match with Damian Priest was stopped on this weekend’s episode of WWE Smackdown. As noted on Friday, Truth was facing his former tag partner and now-rival in a singles match on WWE Smackdown but it was stopped when Truth didn’t get up after a missile dropkick. Instead of the planned finish, Priest went to the outside to get a chair and Fraxiom came down to make the save.
According to F4W Online’s Bryan Alvarez, Truth appears to be okay and will be evaluated this coming week. Additional details were not available as of yet.
R-Truth and Damian Priest have been feuding since Priest turned on his partner on the September 11th episode of WWE Smackdown in Mexico City after they lost a match for the AAA World Tag Team Championships. The two have continued to feud since, with Priest attacking Truth on multiple occasions.
