WWE NXT (9.29) Records Increase in Viewership & Demo Rating

The viewership data and rating points for the latest edition of WWE NXT have been revealed.
According to Jed I. Goodman, the September 29, 2026, edition of WWE NXT drew 670,000 viewers on The CW. The show recorded a 6.7 percent increase in viewership compared to the previous week’s episode, which garnered 628,000 fans.
The latest episode also saw a 22.2 percent increase in the 18 to 49 demo rating, with it scoring 0.11 compared to the 0.09 rating on September 22.
The September 29 edition of NXT was set to feature an NXT Championship match between Grayson Waller and Mason Rook. However, Rook was ruled out of the match due to medical reasons hours before the show. Waller ultimately hosted an Open Challenge for his championship. EK Prosper stepped up to the challenge, but despite his best efforts, he failed to dethrone the Australian.
Elsewhere at the show, Zaria retained the Women’s North American Championship against Thea Hail. The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic also rolled on, with Mini Vikingo and Chazz Hall and Fraxiom sealing their spots in the next round.
