An update on WWE Superfan Vladimir Abouzeide’s condition following recent hospitalization.
As noted previously, last month, it was reported that WWE Superfan Vladimir Abouzeide was hospitalized in New York following a serious fall that led to a severe concussion.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider, with permission from Vladimir’s family, subsequently reported that Abouzeide has been suffering from Parkinson’s disease for the past several years. The disease has caused balance-related issues. Johnson shared that the WWE Superfan was walking with his sister when he fell, with his head landing on concrete.
Earlier today, Johnson provided a heartening update on Vladimir’s current condition. The wrestling insider shared that after spending a month in the hospital, Abouzeide was finally discharged this past weekend. He also revealed that due to the severity of the concussion, Vladimir needs a great amount of physical therapy.
Despite the recent setbacks, Johnson noted that the WWE Superfan intends to return to attending pro wrestling shows as soon as possible.
411Mania wishes Vladimir Abouzeide a speedy recovery and a swift return to pro wrestling shows.
