Jacob Fatu Confronted By The Usos In WWE Smackdown Opening Segment

Jacob Fatu opened WWE Smackdown addressing his World Title shot against Roman Reigns at Backlash, only to find himself face to face with The Usos. Thursday night’s episode opened with Fatu coming down to the ring to cut a promo abougt his World Heavyweight Championship match with Reigns at tomorrow’s PLE.

Fatu spoke about how tomorrow night he won’t be fighting Reigns for the title; he will be taking it. He looked back to his young days alongside Roman Reigns and how everyone saw Reigns as the future, while no one saw anything in him. People wanted him to fall in line and he refused to do so, while Reigns was born in opportunity.

The Usos them came to the ring and Jimmy said that they weren’t trying to change Fatu’s mind. Jimmy said that part of him was rooting for Fatu, but the other part was looking out for him. He said he didn’t want to imagine what would happen if he lost to Reigns tomorrow. Jey added that the Reigns was going to beat Fatu’s ass. They noted that Fatu’s family would have to watch as he was forced to acknowledge Reigns.

Fatu pointed out that Jey never beat Reigns and he was not going to acknowledge anything. He said that this was for his family and all his family would see is himself becoming the new World Champion. He added that he was ready to put everything on the line and wasn’t sure Reigns was ready to die for it. He warned the Usos not to get involved or he would burn the family tree down.
