Speaking after his submission win over Devin Clark at UFC Fight Night 118, UFC light heavyweight fighter Jan Blachowicz told reporters at the post-fight press conference on who he’d like to fight next. Blachowicz voiced that he’d like a fight with former UFC light heavyweight champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua for his next bout. Below are some highlights from the presser.

UFC Fight Night 118 was held earlier today at the Ergo Arena in Gdansk, Poland. The main card and prelims were streamed live on UFC Fight Pass. You can check out 411’s complete results and coverage of the event RIGHT HERE.

Blachowicz on winning with a rare bulldog choke submission: “Really, I don’t remember. Maybe a long time ago but in training. Never in the fight. … He just made a mistake. I used it perfectly, and I finished the fight. When I stepped onto the cage, the pressure was gone. And I just enjoyed the fight.”

His thoughts on his critics: “I feel sorry for them.”

On wanting a fight with Shogun: “This is not my decision, but I would like a fight against ‘Shogun’ (Mauricio Rua).”
