2026 Golden Globe Nominations: One Battle After Another, White Lotus Lead Way

The 2026 Golden Globe nominations are revealed with One Battle After Another and White Lotus topping the list of film and television nominations, respectively. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominees for the 2026 ceremony on Monday. The nominee list is lead by Paul Thomas Anderson’s film, which was nominated in the Comedy or Musical category and earned nine nods including Best Picture (Comedy or Musical), Best Director, Best Actor for Leonardo DiCaptio, and more.

One Battle was followed close behind by Sentimental Value, which earned eight nods including Best Picture (Drama), Sinners with seven nods, and Hamnet with six. As noted, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson earned a Golden Globe nominee for Best Actor (Drama) for The Smashing Machine. Emily Blunt was also nominated for the film in the Best Supporting Actress category.

On the TV side, The White Lotus led with six nominations including Best Television Series (Drama). It was followed by the miniseries Adolescence with five nods, and Only Murders in the Building and Severance with four each.
