Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Are Officially Divorced

TMZ reports that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are officially divorced after a judge signed off on documents submitted to the LA County Superior Court last week. The process usually takes weeks, but this happened just yesterday.

The two went through divorce proceedings without hiring a lawyer. While they had the help of Laura Wasser, it was as a mediator. They will have joint custody of their three children and will meet with a co-parenting therapist each month for at least six months. There was no prenuptial agreement, so the two agreed on a property split on their own.
