Bruce Campbell Hints at Possible Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Cameo

Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi’s careers are nearly synonymous, and Campbell is teasing another collaboration with a possible Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness appearance. Campbell posted to Twitter over the weekend with a shot of London, where Raimi is currently shooting the MCU sequel, saying that “it was a blast, working in a certain city, with a certain director on a certain movie with a certain actor – it sure was!”
It is not confirmed that Campbell is joining the film, but if he did it would be the latest team-up he’s had with Raimi following their work in the Evil Dead franchise, the 2000s Spider-Man trilogy, and more.
The Doctor Strange sequel this far is known to star Benedict Cumberbatch reprising his role as Stephen Strange in the film alongside Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo, Benedict Wong as Wong, Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer, and Xochitl Gomez as America Chavz. Raimi is directing from a script by Jade Bartlett and Michael Waldron. It is set to release on March 25th, 2022.
