DC Universe to Premiere Harley Quinn Season Two in April
The first season of Harley Quinn just finished its run today, but fans won’t have to wait long for season two. DC Universe announced that the second season of the adult animated comedy centered around Harley will arrive on April 3rd.
The series takes an irreverant, R-rated approach to the DC universe, with Harley (voiced by Kaley Cuoco) breaking it off with the Joker (Alan Tudyk) once and for all and seeking to cement her status as a top-tier supervillain by joining the Legion of Doom. She’s assisted by the perpetually-annoyed Poison Ivy (Lake Bell), Doctor Psycho (Tony Hale), Clayface (Tudyk), King Shark (Ron Funches) and Sy Borgman (Jason Alexander), among others. Along the way there are appearances by tons of DC characters including Batman (Dietrich Bader), Bane (James Adomian), Batgirl (Brianna Cuoco), Kite-Man (Matt Oberg) and others.
Be warned: while very funny, this is really not a show for kids. F-bombs and violence abound, along with plenty of other R-rated hallmarks. The first season is currently streaming on DC Universe.
