Halloween Kills: Extended Cut Arriving on Digital December 14 With Alternate Ending, Deleted Scenes
The Extended Cut of Halloween Kills hits digital on December 14th, and the special features have been revealed. The film, which released on Peacock and in theaters on October 14th, will hit digital marketplaces on the 14th with and alternate ending, deleted/extended scenes, audio commentaries, a gag reel, and featurettes.
The audio commentaries will feature writer/director David Gordon Green and stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Judy Greer. The iTunes listing doesn’t make it clear how the three are split across the commentary tracks. Meanwhile, the featurettes are titled as follows:
* “Haddonfield’s Open Wounds”
* “The Kill Team”
* “Strode Family Values”
* “1978 Transformations”
* “The Power of Fear”
* “Kill Count”
The digital release will have both the extended cut and theatrical cut. The film is leaving Peacock on December 14th as the film hits digital.
According to iTunes, HALLOWEEN KILLS will have, in addition to an extended cut, several featurettes, deleted scenes, and two audio commentaries — one by David Gordon Green, and one by Jamie Lee Curtis & Judy Greer. Great news. Hopefully on the Blu/UHD too.
