Today is Masters of the Universe Day, and Amazon MGM Studios is celebrating with new featurettes, showcasing Eternia’s biggest heroes and villains of the upcoming live-action movie. Both feature lots of new footage, revealing how Adam comes to planet Earth, losing his Power Sword in the process, severing his connection back to his home planet of Eternia.

The villains featurette showcases much more of Skeletor (Jared Leto) and his Evil Warriors, including Evil-Lyn (Alison Brie), Goat-Man (Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson), Trap-Jaw (Sam C. Wilson), Spikor, Beast-Man, and some returning favorites. Karg, one of the original villains created for the 1987 live-action Masters of the Universe movie, makes a return here and is shown in the new featurette.

It also appears that Skeletor’s sense of humor remains intact in the new movie, as he tells He-Man, “I am the villain, and mmm, does it feel good!” He also diabolically tells Fisto (Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson), “I shall kill you one by one.”

Meanwhile, the Heroes featurette offers up new footage of Jon Xue Zhang as Ram-Man, who, as Adam puts it, “You ram, and you’re a man.” “Hell yeah, I do!” We also get some new footage of James Wilkinson as Mekaneck, the heroic periscope of Eternia.

The new live-action feature also stars Camila Mendes as Teela, James Purefoy as King Randor, Morena Baccarin as The Sorceress, Charlotte Riley as Queen Marlena, Kristen Wiig as the voice of “Roboto,” and Idris Elba as Duncan/Man-at-Arms. You can check out the new featurettes below.

Masters of the Universe will be hitting cinemas internationally on June 3, and it will summon the Power of Grayskull to theaters in the U.S. on June 5.
