TNA Impact Begins…NOW!

-We get a video package from last week’s show.

-Angle is with Cornette. Cornette says he gave Angle everything he wanted. He even made sure Joe will not be here tonight, and all he wants is him at ringside when he asks. He tells Angle to be there because he decides who gets the NWA Title shots.

-Tenay and West welcome us to the show.

Kurt Angle vs. Matt w/Serotonin (Kazarian and Devine)

Lock up and a German right away by Angle. Uppercuts and Matt is down. Angle keeps looking over his shoulder, boot to Matt and Kazarian grabs him. Clothesline by Matt. He lays the boots to him, suplex and a cover for 2. Headlock by Matt, Angle fights, to his feet and elbows out. Clubbing shots by Matt. Backdrop by Angle. Clotheslines and a German. Another. Angle gets a 3rd. German to Kazarian. One for Devine, release variety. Angle Slam to Matt. Straps down. Ankle lock, grapevine and Matt is his bitch, which is good because he is dressed in drag.

-A good video for Angle vs. Joe runs.

-Team 3D is in fatigues and on a military vehicle of sorts. They call out LAX and say they are a disgrace to the titles and all that jazz as Devon hums, “Glory, Glory, Halleluiah.”

-During the break Raven caned Matt for being a loser. His white suit is pimp.

-There is a mini-cage with a reserved sign on it at ringside.

-JB is with Joe. Joe said he was asked to stay here, and he did. But the match is over, and he has an agenda to fulfill. He wants to hurt Angle, and he won’t last the 30-minutes. When the show is over, you will know I am here.

Christopher Daniels ©, Petey Williams & Rhino vs. AJ Styles, Chris Sabin & James Storm w/Gail

All 6-men brawl to begin. Storm is tossed to the floor. Moonsault to the floor by Daniels. Sabin and Rhino pair off and Rhino levels him. Tag to Petey and chops to Sabin. Off the ropes and a RANA by Petey. Wristlock and a tag to Rhino. Sabin takes him to the corner and Sabin beats him down. Tag to AJ, quick cover for 2. Kicks to Rhino, rights now. Rhino battles back and an eye poke by AJ. Irish whip and a reversal. Boot by AJ and then a spine buster by Rhino. Tag to Sabin and Daniels. Clotheslines by Daniels who is the house of fire. STO on Storm. DVD to Sabin! Flatliner on Storm into the Koji clutch. Sabin breaks it up. Head scissors by Petey and a RANA to Storm onto the floor. AJ levels Petey. Storm back in and rights to Daniels. He has his hat on, GORE, GORE, GORE by Rhino! Superman forearm by AJ! He and Daniels face off. Boots by AJ, off the ropes and a clothesline by Daniels. Backdrop. Elbow by AJ, misses the Asai DDT, AJ favors the knee and then gets a small package on Daniels for the win. Oh that sneaky AJ.

-Rhino stares down with AJ and then he charges him as Gail looks disgusted.

-Mitchell is here to talk to Abyss. He is here without the monster and doesn’t know where he is. Abyss maybe lost, and he has no clue. The man Mitchell made a champion is no longer here. Abyss has backed him into a corner. Mitchell says he knows the dirty secret, and if Abyss doesn’t prove his loyalty, he will spill it. Mitchell is Abyss’ only friend, and Abyss better think long and hard on this. It is time for Abyss to come home once and for all. Make the right choice Abyss.

-More PCS and it is Texas Holdem! Shelley wins! Shelley and Starr will face at the PPV, 10-minute time limit, and if there is no winner, it will go to the MYSTERY JUDGES! BACKLUND~!

-Harris has a sit down interview earlier today. He has a risk of losing his sight. He has an eye patch, and he is worried if he can return to the ring. He can’t believe that Storm did this, he didn’t think it was possible. He is hurt and confused, and he just doesn’t know what is going through Storm’s head. They were like brothers. They cannot look back together and look at their success with a smile. He didn’t want AMW to end.

-Team 3D is now brawling with LAX. They attacked Konnan and laid him out. Ray says they took out Runt, so they took out Konnan in return. LAX is in a war that they cannot handle. At Final Resolution, LAX has to deal with 3D and the fans. TESTIFY~!

-We have an editing snafu as JV says he is waiting on Team 3D to arrive at the Impact Zone. Eric is here, he is tender. Team 3D arrives and says LAX has no clue who they are dealing with. Konnan will be gone for a long time and Cide and Hernandez know they will lose the titles, and 3D will make wrestling history. They are coming, bazooka’s firing and tables breaking. LAX is dead, TESTIFY~!

-We head to the Alamo and the VKM is here. They are on a shuttle to the Alamo. They get there, but are at Alamo rent a car. They get a car and are lost apparently. They finally arrive and we get wacky footage of them looking for HBK. They looked all around and they declare victory, and will see us Sunday.

-Tomko along with Cage make their way to the ring.

-Cornette is out and reminds us Tomko will not be at ringside this Sunday. And to make things fair, Christian will be IN the little cage tonight so he can’t get involved. Cage on the mic, these people are his peeps and they are insulted that he would be put in the cage. He says no one can put him in the cage. Cornette says if he doesn’t, he loses his shot at the NWA title. Plus he has some backup.

-Angle comes out to the ring, backs Cage down and makes him get into the cage.

-Back from the break and Mitchell comes out by himself, and Abyss comes out the FACE shoot of Impact!

Non-Title Match: Abyss © w/Mitchell vs. Tomko

Tomko attacks as the bell rings. Rights by Tomko, off the ropes and a boot by Tomko. Off the ropes again and a clothesline by Abyss. Abyss takes him to the floor, but Tomko pulls him out. Abyss slams him off the apron as Angle watches on. Abyss brutalizes Tomko with rights, charges and ends up punching the post. Big boot by Tomko. Boots to Abyss on the floor, rolls him into the ring and Abyss escapes a TKO, rights to Tomko but Tomko rakes the eyes and then delivers rights to Abyss. Tomko sets…GOOZLE by Abyss! Elbows out, Goozle again and a chokeslam by Abyss gets 2! Choke by Tomko, escape by Abyss but he eats a clothesline. Tomko to the floor and gets a chair as Cage cheers him on. Brings it in, and Abyss boots it into his face and covers for 2. Joe rushes out and SLAMS Angle into the little cage. They brawl by the announce table and Angle gets an Ankle lock. Joe rolls him into the announce table and security is out. Match anyone? Christian finds the key on the floor, escapes and back to the ring action. BLACK HOLE SLAM by Abyss! Cage in with the chair breaks it up and we have a DQ.

Winner: Abyss @ 4:40 via DQ

-Angle and Joe brawl as Tomko and Cage beat down Abyss as Mitchell watches on.

-Lights out and Sting is here! Bat shots to Tomko and age and he clears the ring.

-Sting celebrates and so does Abyss. Abyss raises Sting’s hand…SHOCK TREATMENT PREACHER MAN! Mitchell gives the doomsday signal and the hands Abyss the title. Sting will never learn.
