AEW Announces Inaugural Redemption Pay-Per-View Event for July 26

AEW is moving forward with a new July pay-per-view event. Reports began surfacing about the new event earlier in April, and AEW filed a trademark for the term “Redemption”. AEW has now made official, announcing the inaugural Redemption event for July.
AEW Redemption takes place on Sunday, July 26. The PPV will be held at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec. Tickets for the event go on sale on Friday, June 1.
Per AEW’s announcement, “🇨🇦 MONTREAL 🇨🇦 As announced by the Toronto Sun, AEW is returning to Canada this Summer with a BRAND NEW PPV: #AEWRedemption! This inaugural event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 26th at the @centrebell in Montreal, Quebec.”
AEW held its Double or Nothing PPV last Sunday at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York. AEW’s next major PPV is Forbidden Door 2026 on Sunday, June 28. The event is being held at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. Forbidden Door will be a joint show, featuring stars of AEW, NJPW, CMLL, and STARDOM.
