AJ Styles Shoots Down ‘AJ Lee’ Tag Team Name With Dragon Lee

Dragon Lee pitched an idea for his and AJ Styles’ tag team name, but it was already taken. Lee and Styles defeated Finn Balor and JD McDonagh on Monday’s episode of Raw. In doing so, they laid claim to the World Tag Team Championships.

WWE posted a video with Lee and Styles walking together backstage with the titles. Lee said that they needed to pick a name for their tag team now that they’re champions. He noted, “There are many names.”

Styles suggested “Dragon Styles,” and Lee countered with “The Phenomenal Dragons.” Lee then threw out a different suggestion as he asked, “AJ Lee?”

Styles quickly answered, “No, I don’t like that one. I think someone already has that one, AJ Lee. So…”

Styles than said, “Hey, we’ll put it out on the World Wide Web. See what they come up with.”

As of now, there is no clear direction on what the World Wide Web will pick for Styles and Lee’s tag team name. But don’t worry; it should be fine. After all, as we all know, having the internet decide the name of something never goes wrong.
