Alexa Bliss likes the notion of Tom Brady potentially stepping into the ring for a match with Logan Paul in WWE. It was reported on Monday that the NFL legend was in talks with WWE for appearances after he got in an “altercation” with Logan Paul at Fanatics Fest, which led to Paul getting slapped. The two also had an antagonistic interaction at the World Cup final.
TMZ Sports caught up with Bliss and asked her about a potential match between the two. She noted that she enjoys seeing celebrities come into the wrestling world when they take it seriously, and that a match between Brady and Paul could be a lot of fun. You can see the highlights below:
On the Notion Of Brady Stepping in the Ring:
“I think it’s always fun when someone comes into our world. Because then they learn how difficult it actually is, and how intense it actually is. You know, because a lot of people that come from other backgrounds and everything, have amazing athletic ability, but nothing prepares your body for what goes on in WWE. Especially my first day. My first day, I was not prepared and I — it’s a rude awakening.”
On WWE’s Trainers:
“Oh, there’s there’s a bunch of people that are really awesome at that, especially in our world. Because everyone’s pretty welcoming and you know, everyone wants to stay safe.”
On If There’s a Line Where It Becomes Too Much:
“No, but you’d have to ask Logan Paul that question. Because he did that whole segment where he was like, ‘We don’t want outsiders coming in.’ It was great, iconic.”
On a Paul vs. Brady Match:
“I think it’d be awesome. I’m always excited with anybody that comes into our world and because you learn a lot of respect for it and you learn how difficult it is and to see people come in and people like Bad Bunny who they came in and was so respectful took it seriously, trained hard. Logan’s come in, he’s trained hard like there’s so many people that come in and embrace it and you know whenever anyone else comes into our world and fully embraces it. It’s always fun.”
