As noted, AEW pay-per-view events will be available for purchase on HBO Max starting later this month with AEW All Out 2025. Fightful Select has more details on the upcoming event and AEW PPVs being available on Max.
AEW PPV events reportedly won’t be exclusive to the WB streaming platform moving forward. They will still be available on Prime Video, Triller internationally, PPV.com, and traditional cable and satellite providers. HBO and AEW reportedly didn’t mention that bit of information in the press release because they want to push HBO Max as the primary method of PPV on AEW programming. However, the other platforms will still be available to purchase the event.
Additionally, part of the PPV move to the streamer includes the AEW Tailgate Brawl. Fightful reports that the Tailgate Brawl will be exclusive to HBO Max subscribers and WBD platforms. The supplemental pre-show will reportedly include matches as well. However, Fightful also notes that AEW will still include an alternate pre-show as well for people who aren’t subscribed to HBO Max.
AEW has not yet announced details for an alternative Zero Hour pre-show for All Out. The Saturday Tailgate Brawl before the main pay-per-view card.
