Backstage Update on WWE’s Plans for Nikki Blackheart

A new report from Rope Break has an update on wrestler Nikki Blackheart, who recently made her WWE in-ring debut, wrestling a dark match before last week’s edition of NXT TV.

During her dark match, Blackheart wrestled under the ring name, “Martinez,” and she defeated Skyler Raye in a singles matchup. According to rope break, Blackheart is set to make her formal debut in NXT as part of a talent reshuffle later this summer. It looks like this will be part of the reshuffle with more call-ups from NXT moving up to the main roster.

Nikki Blackheart signed with WWE earlier in March. She’s been in the business just under two years, maaking her in-ring debut at CCW Breakout 37 in June 2024. Now, she looks to begin her journey under the WWE bannerr.
