Details On Unannounced Match & More for Tonight’s WWE Smackdown

WWE Smackdown airs tonight as per usual, and a new report has a couple of spoilery notes for tonight’s show as they head toward SummerSlam. TRNBCKL Gold reports that according to their sources, an as-yet-unannounced match is set for tonight’s show.
The outlet reports that Brie Bella vs. Jacy Jayne was on the early internal rundown for tonight’s show after Jayne helped her Fatal Influence stablemates won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at Saturday Night’s Main Event last weekend.
The report also notes that the SummerSlam plans for Trick Williams and the WWE United States Championship will be revealed on tonight’s show. Williams was defending the title against Carmelo Hayes on the show two weeks ago when the returning Baron Corbin interfered and laid out both competitors.
Tonight’s episode of WWE Smackdown takes place from the Oakland Arena in Oakland, California and airs live on USA Network in the US, and Netflix internationally. The announced card is:
* Ladder Match Qualifying Bout: Charlotte Flair vs. Nia Jax.
* Ladder Match Qualifying Bout: Chelsea Green vs. Kiana James.
* CM Punk and Cody Rhodes react after their altercation at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
* Gunther discusses his SummerSlam match against Nick Aldis.
