Francesco Akira Confirms Successful Surgery For Wrist Injury

Francesco Akira has undergone surgery to fix his wrist fracture. As previously noted, NJPW announced that Akira suffered a fracture to his right wrist and would be out of action due to the need for surgery. The NJPW star posted to Twitter to share a photo from his hospital bed, as you can see below.

Akira wrote:

“I had surgery last Friday, and it went smoothly. It was really painful, but from now on, I’ll focus on recovering little by little and come back even stronger!

Thank you for your support!”
