Kyle Fletcher is out of action with injury at the moment, as confirmed by Kazuchika Okada on this week’s episode of AEW Collision. It was reported this past weekend that Fletcher suffered an injury in his match alongside Mark Davis against The Rascalz on Saturday’s episode of Colliion. There was a spot in the match where the TNT Champion’s knee landed bad, and it was reported that Fletcher was in a walking boot after the show.
Thursday night’s show featured a backstage segment with Okada talking wigth Davis and Andrade El Idolo to psyche them up for their match against The Rascalz. Okada noted that Davis could get revenge on behalf of Fletcher, noting that he was injured.
Okada did not give further details on the injury. Excalibur said after the match that the nature of Fletcher’s injury isn’t yet known. You can see the segment below.
No word on how long Fletcher may be out of action. On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Kyle Fletcher on a quick and full recovery.
