Keep Refreshing For The Latest Results

SICKOS! It’s Wednesday, you know what that means! AEW Dynamite is LIVE tonight from the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri, but with Halloween coming up in three days, tonight’s episode will serve as our annual edition of Fright Night! And tonight’s show is sure to provide us with all of the treats while leaving the tricks at home!

We have two titles on the line tonight, as Darby Allin will defend his TNT title against the Walking Weapon Josh Alexander, while Persephone will defend her TBS title against Queen Aminata. With the series between the Motor City Machine Guns and FTR being tied at one victory apiece, the third round will take place tonight between the teams, with both of them looking to get closer to the third victory. All of this and, of course, so much more in store for us tonight!

So, how is everyone doing on this Hump Day? Not too much going on lately that has been worth talking about, honestly. Somehow the teams that support are collectively in alignment to let me down. Nice weather, though!

But enough about me and enough about you, let’s get ready to enjoy the treat of Dynamite!

Tonight, we are under the Golden Arch in St. Louis for Fright Night 2026! Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, and Taz will have the action!

YOU WANTED WAR! Hey, Taz has the sunglasses back on! All is right with the World!

It’s time to see if the Death Riders make the Cut!

The Death Riders vs. The Last Outfit The Cut

Moxley and Garcia for the Death Riders, White and Finlay for the Cut.

Moxley and White to start. And if you thought White was staying in the ring, I have property on Mars I can sell you. Finlay wants to work hands with Moxley, but Jon runs him over like a truck running over a bicycle. Moxley wisely takes David to his corner before hitting a Dragon Screw. Tag to Garcia, and together, they do a wishbone split to Finlay. Of course, Garcia is in the match, meaning that he is in trouble right away. White wants in now as he lays in the chops to Garcia. Danny fires back, he catches the boot of White and hits his own Dragon Screw.

Tag to Moxley, but White gets out of dodge. White sneaks back in, Moxley is ready for him but not Finlay who hits a chop block. Jay wants the tag now that Moxley is in dire straits and he chokes out Jon. Moxley gets back to his feet and stumbles to the opposite corner, where White shoves his shoulders into him. LET’S GO MOXLEY chants from our very own Hanglady Arilyn Page and the rest of the St. Louie faithful, but White doesn’t care, he told Taz as such lol. White applies the Davey Boy Smith chinlock, but Moxley to his feet and he hits a STUNNER counter.

Garcia gets the tag, and he won’t back down from White, as he leaves his feet and hits a flying clothesline. Garcia corners White for punches, Finlay looks to break it up, but he gets trapped to. Twenty punches for Danny Dances! Garcia with the Dragon Tamer on White, but Finlay pulls Jay to the apron and to the floor. The Death Riders attack as we hit the break.

Finlay has Garcia in the chinlock as we return. Finlay fires Garcia to his corner, where Danny sends Jay flying. Garcia looking tag, Finlay says no, so Danny says TWIST AND SHOUT! Garcia gets to Moxley, and he sends White to the floor before landing the corner punches on Finlay. After machine gun punches, he takes a bite out of the head if Finlay. Moxley stalls and stuffs David with a piledriver before he hits the floor and throws White into the ring steps. Back in the ring, Moxley with the rear-naked choke into the crossarm breaker. White counters with a triangle, allowing White to come in and stomp on Jon’s face. Finlay with the backbreaker, White wants the tag, and he stalks Jon. Bladerunner, NO, Paradigm Shift!

Danny Dances wants the tag, and the DR Train is a rolling over the Switchblade. Garcia punctuates it by throwing White into the CUTTER from Moxley! Tope Suicida from Moxley to Finlay! Garcia with a crucifix, but White is out at 2.9! Ace Austin is on the apron, but Wheeler Yuta intercepts him with a Busaiku Knee! Rick Knox being the referee, that means Clark Connors hits the ring and SPEARS Garcia. Bladerunner from White wins it for his team.
WINNERS: The Cut
TIME: 14:10
THOUGHTS: Garcia was there for one reason, and one reason only, which was to take the pin. White gets the pinfall, and he builds a credible resume to challenge Moxley for his Continental Title. Solid opener, and this is far from over.
RATING: ***1/4

Post-match, more members of the Cut come out to attack, leading to the rest of the Death Riders coming out. Claudio the Terminator arrives and lays waste to every member of the Cut. He goes to swing Austin Gunn, but the Cut save him. Moxley gets the mic, and he says we’re just getting started. He challenges The Cut for Anarchy in the Arena for Full Gear!

We go back to last Saturday, where Willow Nightingale, Kris Statlander, and Harley Cameron challenged the Triangle of Madness and Divine Dominion for Blood and Guts next week!

We see the graphics for both the Women’s Tag Team Title match at Full Gear, along with the 5-on-5 Women’s Blood and Guts match next week!

Kyle Fletcher faces Jungle Jack Perry, next!

BREAK IN PROGRESS!

Kyle Fletcher vs. Jungle Jack Perry

The fans understood the assignment at the bell. Fletcher rolls out of the ring and hugs Callis! Perry rolls out of the ring and he hugs Taz! Somewhere, Ari Gold is loving this lol! Perry looks to corner Fletcher, but Kyle runs him over and we reset. The commentators crack jokes as Perry with a dropkick that sends Fletcher to the floor. Perry looking baseball slide, but Fletcher catches him. Kyle goes to throw Jack into the ring post, but he slides past the corner and goes under the ring. Fletcher is like WTF, and Perry comes from behind with a dropkick. Fletcher quickly takes over and golf claps for Perry. Perry turns the tables and drops Fletcher across the barricade. Perry walks the wall and hits a dropkick to the back of Fletcher. Kyle is immortal though and he eats all of this and hits a running PK to Perry on the apron. Fletcher poses and we will hit the break.

Fletcher stalks Perry as we return. Perry keeps trying to chop Fletcher, but Kyle keeps giving him the body slam. Perry just keeps coming back for more and he finally gets momentum going with a running lariat. Fletcher to the floor, here comes Perry with a Senton Atomico! Back to the ring, he hits a second one! He goes for a third one, but the third time is not the charm, as Kyle catches him and hits an apron Powerbomb! Fletcher looking Brainbuster on the apron, but Perry escapes and hits a running shoulder tackle, a double stomp from the apron, and finally, the Orihara Moonsault! Despite all of this, Fletcher still kicks out at two.

Perry looking running knee, but Kyle sidesteps him and hits the Snap Dragon. Fletcher gets a little to overzealous, and Perry hits a running knee strike. Fletcher no-sells and boots Perry in the corner. Sheer Drop Brainbuster from Kyle, but Perry is out at 2.9! Fletcher is very upset and he puts Perry on the top rope. Kyle looking corner Brainbuster, but Perry bites the forehead! Perry sneaks under Fletcher and hits a corner Powerbomb for a two. Perry thinking piledriver, but Kyle had other ideas with a back body drop.

Lawn Dart attempt, but Perry sneaks out the back and shoves Fletcher into the corner. Poison Rana from Perry and he applies the Snare Trap! Despite Tony’s proclamation that Kyle is done, Fletcher is, in fact, not done. THIS IS AWESOME chants (although intrepid reporter Arilyn said OMG this match is boring!) as Perry sits Fletcher on the top rope. Perry looking Muscle Buster, no, he tries for Rana instead, Fletcher thinking Powerbomb, but Perry counters with the Rana! Jack off the top, but Kyle with an anti-air thrust kick. Lawn Dart, placement on the top, and the corner Brainbuster gets Kyle the win!
WINNER: Kyle Fletcher
TIME: 16:15
THOUGHTS: The match started off slow, but it built to be better as it went along, starting with the spots right before the break. Perry wasn’t winning, but damn if he doesn’t play the underdog so well.
RATING: ***3/4

Post-match, Davis and Doyle are here. They put Fletcher on their shoulders so he can cut a promo. Fletcher says at Full Gear, these men will become the new World Tag Team Champions. Kyle says he defeated a legend in Adam Copeland, and challenges Ospreay to put the World Title on the line because he has beaten Will before at Full Gear. The way Kyle sees it, he is the uncrowned World Champion, he is the best in the World right now, and no one touches him in the ring!

Blood and Guts video package as narrated by the Iceman Dean Malenko!

The Remarkable Renee Paquette is on assignment in the ring, as she welcomes out the New Level! Renee says a lot went down last week, but it is official that, at Full Gear, they are getting their title rematch. Creed verifies this and he says Swerve was talking crazy last week about a Texas Deathmatch. Kofi says he needs to live his best life; he has to take his son to football practice and his daughter to ballet practice.

Creed: Why would we take part in a match where we could die?
Kofi: I don’t think that’s exactly how that works.

LMAO.

Kofi says they have been here, what, seven or eight weeks, there is no way that they can hate anyone here. Creed says they don’t hate the Champions. They like Bandido, they like Brody King (and bark in approval), and they even kind of like Hangman. Brody King storms the ring, and he wants to know where Bandido is. The New Level want to know where Strickland is. Hangman Page is here. He says he told these guys that they weren’t ready for Texas Death because it changes you. He tells Brody to not give in to Swerve and what he wants, and he tells the New Level that Strickland has shown them exactly who he is.

Prince Nana is on the ramp. He points to the video wall, and we see Swerve walking with Bandido’s mask, and Bandido himself beaten up and bloody around a pole. Strickland says a match at Full Gear simply will not be enough. Give him the match that he wants, or things will get a lot worse. King looks like he wants to kill someone, Hangman tells him to bring it in, and they need to go find Bandido, so they take off up the ramp.

BREAK IN PROGRESS!

The Don Callis Family are in the back. Callis gives verbal fellatio to his guys, and Okada makes fun of Copeland because HIS HEAD HURTS! HE CAN’T HEAR ANYTHING! Callis says Steven Borden put his trust in the wrong person, he trusts a street urchin like Darby, and Callis never would have had him going what Darby has him doing. Callis says they have all of the advantages, but the biggest one is…

Okada: FAMILY!

Back to the guys we go, as Excalibur lets us know that the World Title match is OFFICIAL for Full Gear between Ospreay and Fletcher!

Did you know that James Brown dressed up as Big Stoke for Halloween?

Best-of-Five Tag Team Series Round Three: FTR (1) vs. Motor City Machine Guns (1)

Shelley and Harwood to start this one. Hand fighting and reversals ensue. Sabin tags in and we get double team offense. Harwood tags out to Wheeler, but he runs into a drop toehold from Sabin. Sabin looking for a submission, but Cash tags Dax back in. Chris tags in Alex as well; he throws Dax into the corner shoulder first, but Dax fires back with an uppercut. Sabin back in, and the double team offense begins! FTR roll out to the floor to consult with Stokely Brown as the fans chant MOTOR CITY!

Harwood returns to the ring and traps Shelley in the corner for chops and a snap suplex for a two. Harwood chucks Shelley into the corner and lays in strikes. Alex turns the tables with standard chops and Kojima-style chops. Wheeler enters to help out, FTR do a dose-doe, but they run into stereo SUPERKICKS from MCMG! They hold the ring as we hit the break.

FTR were in control during the break, but that isn’t the case we return. Shelley opens the ropes so Sabin can hit the Tope Suicida to both members of FTR. Harwood is sent into the ring, where cradle pin attempts ensue between Dax and Alex. Harwood tries to pin Shelley with a slingshot Powerbomb, but Sabin is legal, and he gets a two on a crucifix. Harwood back in control as he sits Sabin on the top rope. Power and Glory, but Shelley holds on to Sabin. Alex gets shoved into the ring post face-first, allowing FTR to hit Power and Glory! The cover, but Sabin is still alive.

Double hammer throw, but Sabin fights off both members of FTR. Shelley is back, and they both kick Harwood in the head. MCMG looking Skull and Bones, but Harwood breaks that up. Dax tries to use Cash to steal the pin, but Sabin kicks Dax’s arms free for Shelley to get a two. FTR try to do their swap spot like they did on Saturday, but the Shatter Machine is broken up by Sabin. MCMG with the Shatter Machine, but Dax kicks out at two! Skull and Bones connects, but Wheeler makes the save. Reversals ensue, Shelley uses Sabin to roll into a strong hold, and Alex rolls up Wheeler for the win!
WINNERS: Motor City Machine Guns (Two victories to one)
TIME: 12:55
THOUGHTS: To the surprise of nobody, these two teams went out and had a third killer match in this series. They could wrestle every show and it would be amazing.
RATING: ****

Post-match, MCMG want to shake hands, but FTR and Stoke blind them with powder and laydown the beating. Wheeler says SORRY, SORRY as FTR leave the ring lol.

Lexi Nair has Persephone, Britt Baker, and Queen Aminata in the back. Britt is dressed up someone from Attila (not to be confused with the garbage band of same name), and Britt dresses down the Queen. Aminata basically tells her BITCH SHUT UP, and she says she has been here before. Last year at Blood and Guts, she was taken out of the match due to a neck injury, and she will make good this year. Persephone laughs and says that’s cute, but she is Mami Two Belts, and she is going to whip her with them tonight!

Tommaso Ciampa is here for a fireside chat! Ciampa says he is the National Champion, and he should have won it at WrestleDream if it wasn’t for that referee. You won’t see Andrade tonight after the beating that he put on him last week, but he is the gift that keeps on giving! On Saturday Night, he will face the hero of St. Louis, Matt Sydal, and he hopes that Andrade is watching.

The screen shows the tock-clock, a fan chants NO FUCKING WAY, andIlya Dragunov is here! Dragunov has the mic to HOLY SHIT chants. So, Ciampa says he can beat anyone? He says he is the biggest signing in AEW history? Let’s put that to the test! You may have a match on Collision, but there is nothing stopping you from fighting me RIGHT HRE, RIGHT NOW! They get into each other’s face and Ciampa takes off his shirt. Ilya takes off his blazer, but Ciampa says that won’t be happening, JACKASS!

Renee is in the back with the Conglomeration. Renee says the Cut seem to be waging war on the entire locker room, and she wants to know where they stand in this. O’Reilly says that the Cut seem to have a Conglomeration problem. Roddy cuts in with a KYYYYYLLLLEEEE, and he says it doesn’t matter what three members they send, they will kick their asses on Saturday.

Auto booker Tony Khan has already booked said match!

YOU GOT 99 ANSWERS BUT THERE’S ONLY ONE PROBLEM! Shafir throws her socks at Schiavone, who can clearly be seen sniffing them, that freak!

Marina Shafir vs. Racheal Armstrong

Poor naive Armstrong wants to shake hands at the bell, but she gets her face shook by the foot of Shafir. Corner punches from Shafir, who proceeds to spam the hip toss. Rachel decides she hates her life when she dropkicks Marina, who fires back with a kick to the sternum. Double underhook into a face buster from Marina, who finishes it with Mother’s Milk.
WINNER: YOU GOT 99 ANSWERS…
TIME: 100 seconds of Death
THOUGHTS: Poor girl never stood a chance.
RATING: …BUT THERE’S ONLY ONE PROBLEM!

Post-match, Shafir tells Mone to stop being a pussy and come out here and face her. Here comes the CEO, who tells her that she doesn’t know what she is getting herself into. She has bigger balls than the entire Death Riders combined. She wants to know if Shafir can handle this, and she slams Marina. She keeps slapping Shafir, who pulls her hair back to YOU FUCKED UP chants. She goes to crack Mone, but she gets out of the way. We see members of the Cut arrive and they attack Moxley! Gang warfare breaks out between the Cut and the Death Riders with predictable results for the second time tonight.

Claudio the Terminator is out with a garbage can, which Colten Gunn runs right into because he’s a dummy. Claudio hits the ring one-on-four, but he manages to neutralize all of the men in the ring. He uses a tire iron to knock out Finlay and block a low blow from White. After valiantly fighting for as much as he much as he is worth, Claudio is eventually busted up by shillelagh shots. The Cut pull the mat off the floor at ringside, and White hits Claudio with a Bladerunner on the floor.

Oh, yeah, we still have two title matches!

BREAK IN PROGRESS!

We get a replay of what happened before the break, where White hit the Bladerunner on the floor to Claudio. Excalibur says they will let us know if there any updates.

It’s TNT Time!

TNT Title Match: Darby Allin (C) vs. Josh Alexander

Alexander attacks Allin before the bell rings. Josh with his crossbody block to the back of Allin who hits the floor. Alexander stalks Allin around the ring and he hits a Snap Dragon sending Darby into the ring steps. Alexander thinks he has it in control as he sends Allin back into the ring. Alexander sends Allin to the corner, but Allin holds on and hits a double stomp! To the apron both men go, Alexander applies the ankle lock but hits Darby with a German! Darby is officially DED, and to make sure of it, Alexander tries to rip Darby’s arm off against the post. Alexander with a back suplex to Allin as the fans serenade Callis. Josh climbs to the top and taunts the fans, but he gets shoved off the top and bounces off the apron as Darby is still in pain. That’ll take us to the break.

Alexander takes Allin to the apron as we return. Alexander looking for another German, but Allin sweeps out the legs of Josh and he hits the floor. Allin to the top, Coffin Drop, but Alexander catches him and throws him with a German that sees Darby land on his face. Josh sends Darby into the ring, but like his good friend Orange Cassidy, he rolls out the other side of the ring. Alexander approaches, but he turns his back on Darby, which proves fatal when Allin catches him in the ring skirt. Allin lays in strikes and then hits a Tope Suicida.

Allin back in the ring, but Josh picks him for an ankle lock. Darby grabs his headgear and hits him in the head with it. He blinds Josh with it, but Alexander fights him off for a minute. Allin looking Coffin Drop, but Josh escapes to the apron. He isn’t safe, though, as Allin hits a Coffin Drop through the ropes! Darby grabs a chair and sits Josh in it and then heads to the top. Alexander crawls away, Allin climbs down, but Josh sweeps the legs out. Josh sets up another chair next to the previous one and he grabs Allin. TOMBSTONE FROM THE APRON INTO BOTH CHAIRS BY ALEXANDER, BUT ALLIN KICKS OUT AT TWO!

The Don Callis C-Team are here, but someone wearing a clown mask cuts off Romero. He unmasks, and it’s Steven Borden! Borden lays out both Trent and Rocky, while Alexander stomps on the ankle of Allin and locks in the Ankle Lock. Allin tries up kicks, but that only enrages Alexander. He takes the hold down to the mat, but that proves fatal when Allin pulls back on the hold and catches the flash pin for the win!
WINNER: Darby Allin (And still!)
TIME: 15:10
THOUGHTS: Like a broken record but I have to say it again, if you have seen ONE Darby Allin match, you have seen EVERY Allin match. Call him what you may, but he knows how to win, and he does a lot of it.
RATING: ***1/2

Excalibur runs down matches for Collision before letting us know that our main event is the TBS Title match, next!

BREAK IN PROGRESS!

Excalibur commentates over a video package of big moments that have taken place in AEW history right here in St. Louis, Missouri!

Darby Allin and Steven Borden are in the back. Steven says he would never trust a man like Don Callis. He has history with the Young Bucks, but he is willing to put it aside to team up with them to get his hands on your Family. Two rings and one cage is nothing that the Borden Family isn’t familiar with, and this is exactly what he wanted after returning from being knocked out at WrestleDream. Borden gives all of his partners next week their due, and then says he trusts Darny as a friend and his mentor. Allin says he doesn’t want to talk anymore, he wants BLOOD AND GUTS!

It’s time for the MAIN EVENT (Mark Henry channeling is strong)

TBS Title Match: Persephone (C) vs. Queen Aminata

Slow start to this one before we get our first lock-up. Persephone with the advantage and she ridicules Aminata. The Queen rolls Persephone to the mat and looks to give Chocolate Kisses, but Persephone wags her finger no. Lame. That totally would be great Halloween candy! Persephone and Aminata slap one another, but Persephone takes over. She sends Aminata to the apron, but the Queen jumps back in over the back of Persephone and hits a running clothesline. The kisses connect! Aminata to the top, Baker gets on the apron, which allows Persephone the chance to put the Queen on her shoulders and she throws her into the corner face-first. Britt threatens both Schiavone and Aminata with her paddle as we hit the last break of the evening.

Persephone has Aminata stretched out and she yells YOU’RE A FAILURE at her as we return. Despite all of this, Aminata gets her leg on the ropes to break the hold. Aminata with cocky kicks to the face, which only serves to piss off Aminata. The Queen lays in strikes and clotheslines before rolling up the Champion for a two. NO MAN screams Persephone, but Aminata wins out with the Test Drive! Aminata to the top and she connects with the diving foot stomp for a two! Aminata off the ropes, but Persephone with a SPEAR!

Persephone rips at the Kinesio tape on the neck of Aminata and she argues with Referee Aubrey. Bridging German from Persephone for a two, who talks even more shit. Big boot from Aminata, Off with Her Head, but Persephone escapes to the floor! Both ladies fight, Persephone ends up in a chair, and Aminata hits a missile dropkick to Persephone! Aubrey checks on Persephone, allowing Baker to grab the TBS Title and she smacks Aminata in the face with it! She throws her back into the ring, and Persephone makes her way back into the ring. Moonsault from the Champion, but Aminata out at two! Persephone is pissed, but she runs into a headbutt from the Queen! OFF WITH HER HEAD, THE PIN, AND THE QUEEN IS THE TBS CHAMPION!!!!!
WINNER: Queen Aminata (AND NEW!!!!!)
TIME: 11:25
THOUGHTS: After many false starts and many moments when it LOOKED like she would get the job done, the Queen finally made good on her potential and promise and is the NEW TBS Champion! Honestly, Persephone could have ran a little bit longer as Champion, but she is the CMLL Women’s Champion and really didn’t need the TBS Title to do what she is doing with Britt. All Hail the Queen!
RATING: ***3/4

Post-match, Baker and Persephone get out of dodge as the babyface ladies come out and celebrate with the Queen! Here comes the confetti! Excalibur runs down the card for Collison and with that, we are done!
