During last night’s WWE Raw, a backstage segment featured Women’s World Champion blindsiding and attacking her rival, Liv Morgan, during a backstage segment where Morgan was talking to stablemate Roxanne Perez. However, it appears Morgan and Perez inadvertently banged heads during their collision caused by Vaquer, which appears to have left both wrestlers injured.
F4WOnline’s Bryan Alvarez later reported via social media that both Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez were in concussion protocol after WWE Raw. Alvarez wrote on social media (via WrestlingNews.co), “Both Liv and Roxanne in concussion protocol after they clonked skulls hard when Stephanie jumped Liv from behind. Hopefully, we didn’t just witness a disaster affecting WrestleMania.”
As noted, Morgan later posted photos showing her sporting a nasty lump after Vaquer’s attack. She wrote on her Instagram, “You’re mine now ***** @stephanie.vaquer.”
Morgan and Vaquer are currently scheduled to face off for the Women’s World Title at WrestleMania 42: Saturday on April 18. It’s unknown if Morgan will be forced to withdraw due to the injury she suffered last night. You can check out a video of the segment and Morgan and Perez’s collision below:
