We have new AEW Trios Champions following the main event of this week’s AEW Grand Slam Mexico. Wednesday night’s special episode of AEW Dynamite saw Hangman Page and Brodido defeat The Demand to lay claim to the Trios Championships.

The 13-and-a-half-minute match saw the action go back and forth, with GOA dominating via their strength while Hangman brawled his heart out, King answering power with power and Bandido utilizing his trademark aerial offense. The finish came when Hangman Page hit Toa Liona with a Buckshot Lariat to assist in a 21-Plex from Bandido to get the pinfall and titles.

You can see clips from the match below. This marks Page and King’s second reigns with the Trios Championships, and Bandido’s first. Page had a 49 day reign with Kevin Knight and Mike Bailey, while King had a 175 day reign with the House of Black. The Demand’s reign ends at just 7 days, having won them from The Conglomeration on last week’s AEW Dynamite.
