Ratings Breakdown For This Week’s AEW Dynamite

A new report has details on the ratings for this week’s AEW Dynamite, including a quarter-by-quarter breakdown. As previously reported, the show had a 0.34 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 990,000 viewers, down from the previous week’s 0.35 demo rating and 1.039 million viewers. The WON reports that the show was the second-youngest skewing sports show of the week, behind only the ESPN 2 simulcast of Monday Night Football.

The show came in at #9 for the night behind seven shows covering Hurricane Ian on The Weather Channel as well as Fox News’ Tucker Carlson, which was also mostly covering the hurricane. The show did a 0.24 rating in the 18 – 34 demographic and most of its losses were among teenagers, women 18 – 34 and women over 50.

Compared to last week, Dynamite was up 4.7% in viewers, 3.3% in 18-49 and 17.5% in 18-34. Compared to last year, it was down 14.1% in viewers, down 24.7% in 18-49 and 0.6% in 18-34.

Dynamite had 104,000 men 18-49 (down 4.6%), 61,000 in women 18-34 (down 33.0%), 197,000 in men 35-49 (up 6.5%) and 81,000 in women 35-49 (up 11.0%). The audience was 67.9% male in 18-49. It had an 0.15 in 12-17 (down 16.7% from last week), 0.24 in 18-34 (down 17.5%), 0.44 in 35-49 (up 7.8%) and 0.41 in 50+ (down 10.9%).

Q1: Jericho Appreciation Society segment – 1,208,000 viewers, 559,000 in 18-49
Q2: Bryan Danielson vs. Matt Menard, Juice Robinson/Jon Moxley video – 1,016,000 viewers (down 192,000), 478,000 in 18-49 (down 81,000)
Q3: MJF/Wheeler Yuta promo, other promos – 962,000 viewers (down 54,000), 445,000 in 18-49 (down 33,000)
Q4: Moxley vs. Robinson, Adam Page post-match – 1,013,000 viewers (up 51,000), 459,000 in 18-49 (up 14,000)
Q5: MJF & Yuta fight, Bandido video, Saraya promo – 997,000 viewers (down 16,000), 447,000 in 18-49 (down 12,000)
Q6: Toni Storm vs. Serena Deeb segment with The Acclaimed & Keith Lee – 975,000 viewers (down 22,000), 409,000 in 18-49 (down 38,000)
Q7: Various interviews, Ricky Starks vs. Eli Isom – 875,000 viewers (down 100,000), 377,000 in 18-49 (down 32,000)
Q8: Chris Jericho vs. Bandido – 879,000 viewers (up 4,000), 371,000 in 18-49 (down 6,000)
