One of AEW’s Originals is reportedly nearing the end of his current contract.
In this week’s issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (WON), Dave Meltzer reported that Scorpio Sky’s deal with the Tony Khan-led promotion is set to expire in the next few months, with some reports pointing to an October 2026 expiration.
Scorpio Sky has been a part of All Elite Wrestling since its inception in 2019. He signed with the promotion alongside Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels in January 2019. The 43-year-old went on to become the inaugural AEW World Tag Team Champion alongside Kazarian in October that year. In 2021, he signed a five-year extension with the promotion.
The SkyFlight leader is also a two-time AEW TNT Champion. Though he continues to wrestle in Ring of Honor and sporadically on Collision, Scorpio Sky last competed on Dynamite in November 2025.
His most recent outing for AEW was at Revolution 2026 Zero Hour, where he competed in a 21-Man Blackjack Battle Royal for the National Championship.
