Tatum Paxley Discusses Finding Her Confidence on the Main Roster

Tatum Paxley has been on the main roster now for two months, and already she’s been in a Money in the Bank qualifying match. Though she didn’t win, the fact that she was considered a legitimate contender to be in a main-event match indicates that she has made it to the big time.
On Busted Open Radio, as transcribed by Fightful, Paxley discussed when she personally felt like she belonged.
“It’s not an overnight thing, because I was in NXT for five years and I feel like that was the perfect time for me,” she said. “Because when my call-up did happen, I was like, ‘Okay, yeah, I can do that. No problem, no worries.’ I came up here, it’s been such a smooth transition. I don’t feel like I’m freaking out. I feel like my confidence is there and where it needs to be and I’m so thankful for my time in NXT because it prepared me for this.”
As far as any specific moment bringing things home, she said, “I can’t tell you the specific day. It’s just kind of something that builds over time and then one day you kind of look back, you’re like, ‘Oh! I know what I’m doing. I know who I am. I got this.'”
