Tommy Dreamer Thinks Kazuchika Okada Could Be AEW’s Biggest Babyface

Kazuchika Okada is part of AEW’s biggest heel faction in the Don Callis Family, but Tommy Dreamer thinks he could be one of the company’s top babyfaces. Okada has been a heel since he joined the company, initially as part of The Elite and then joining the DCF in June of 2015.
Okada and his stablemate Kyle Fletcher had a brief staredown over the AEW International Championship after Fletchers win over Bandido on last night’s AEW Dynamite, and Dreamer said on Busted Open After Dark that he can see potential for an Okada turn. You can see the highlights below, per WrestlingNews.co:
On Okada:
“One of the biggest baby faces possibly from New Japan, Okada. Whenever he comes out there, he’s the biggest heel. Yes, he’s taking out Takeshita, but you have all these twists and turns…
“Here comes Okada, and he helps him pick up the title, and they both have that moment of holding up that title. Guys, WrestleManias have been made by two guys holding up a title, and here’s two guys. And you heard the people go, ooh, because they also want to see Okada turn good.”
On a Babyface Turn For Okada:
“This Okada could be your biggest baby face in AEW if you want him to be, and the fans want you to be, just like they wanted to see Takeshita turn good.”
