Velvet Sky & Angelina Love Comment On TNA Hall Of Fame Induction

Velvet Sky & Angelina Love are going into the TNA Hall of Fame this year, and the recently commented on what it means to them. As previously noted, the Beautiful People will be inducted into the Hall of Fame alongside Mickie James at this year’s Bound For Glory. Love and Sky appeared on Busted Open Radio to talk about the induction, and you can see highlights below (h/t to Fightful):

Love on her reaction: “I mean, it’s wild. I may mention this in my speech as well, spoiler alert. But I kind of had a bucket list when I first got into wrestling, but being in a Hall of Fame was never on that bucket list and I think it’s because I didn’t even think that was attainable. So, I’ve been able to be honored with something that is beyond what I ever could achieve in this business so, it is incredibly cool. It is so cool and it’s such an honor too.”

Sky on what it means to her: “To have our legacy cemented and forever etched in TNA history, literally is a dream. I mean, it’s so nice to be recognized and to be honored by the company that gave us our shot, that gave us our big break. Not only as The Beautiful People but as individuals too; Velvet Sky, Angelina Love. We’ve accomplished so much as a tag team. Always hoped, one day, TNA would give us this highest honor. It’s just one of the most humbling honors and experiences of my career and our career personally, professionally. It’s what you work your whole youth for in hopes to just have your legacy be recognized and cemented and honored, and forever in company history so it is a huge honor and humbling experience for us both and we are so excited about October 12th.”
