WWE Officially Moves Paige to Smackdown Roster

She’s functionally been on the brand for almost six months already, but Paige is now officially part of the WWE Smackdown roster. As Fightful initially noticed, the former Women’s Tag Team Co-Champion has been moved to the Friday night brand on the WWE.com roster page.

Paige made her return to WWE at WrestleMania 42 when she replaced Nikki Bella in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match and won the titles alongside Nikki Bella. While she has competed on Raw a couple of times since then, they were both defenses of the Tag Team Titles. Her last match on Raw was on June 22nd. She was listed as a free agent on the roster until now.

Since losing the titles, Paige has been feuding with the Bellas — specifically Nikki, as Brie is out due to injury. Nikki defeated Paige in singles action on the September 11th episode of Smackdown.
